The machine is equipped with an automated pallet system (32 pallets), laser-based tool breakage detection, and automatic sister-tool calling, enabling uninterrupted series production during nights and weekends.
(“High-Mix, Low-Volume”): A large tool magazine and pre-set pallets allow us to switch from processing a prototype to producing small or large batches of completely different parts within the same day, without requiring extensive setup changes.
