Its 4-roll design ensures the material remains securely clamped between the top and bottom rolls at all times, preventing slippage and guaranteeing perfect geometry.
Thanks to patented VSA (Variable Side-roll Geometry) technology and advanced control systems, the machine can easily form sheet metal into the following shapes:
Perfect cylinders and pipes: Enables superior edge pre-bending. The flat section at the ends of the sheet is minimized (to just 1.5 to 2 times the material thickness), resulting in a nearly imperceptible seamโideal for welding.
Cones (Cone Rolling): The side rolls can be tilted electronically, allowing for the highly precise production of transition pieces, hoppers, and conical tanks.
Oval and elliptical shapes: The machine can dynamically adjust the position of the rolls during a single pass, enabling the creation of complex elliptical forms.
Multi-radius parts (Polygonal/complex shapes): Ideal for advanced architectural elements or specialized industrial vessels that incorporate multiple, varying curvatures within a single component.
U-profiles and open arcs: Precise production of partial arcs and curved profiles without the need to close the full circle. Minimum bending radius: R 110 mm (depending on sheet thickness and the yield point of the material being bent).
